How environmentally friendly is our local area?

The children, conducted a fieldwork study on the question 'How environmentally friendly is our local area?' We went out for a walk and looked for items such as solar panels, bins, bike racks, electric parking stations and rubbish. When we returned to school, we discussed our findings. This week, we also looked at Microbits and learned how to program simple instructions into the mini computers like writing our names and displaying emojis.
