Monday 15th June

10:15 Safely on the way Thank you to the parents for this morning going smoothly and helping to load the coach.

Will update on our arrival and will then post some early pictures - all depending on the mobile signal…

Actually have some quite tuneful singing on Coach 1. it’s almost pleasant!!!

11:15 We have arrived at Bradwell!

First job is to unpack all the cases and set the beds up in the tents.

Then we have lunch.

First activities of the day will be as follows:

Group 1 (Burrell): crabbing

Group 2 (Sawtell): crabbing

Group 3 (Kitley/Mitchell): defour sailing

Group 4 (Rodriguez): defour sailing

Group 5 (Castleman): fencing

Group 6 (Waters): fencing

Group 7 (Pryke): pico sailing

Group 8 (Baker): pico sailing

14:40 Slight change to the schedule. Too windy today for Pico Sailing so groups 7 & 8 are down at the beach with the Power Kites!

15:00 Glad to say the rain has now stopped and the sun is trying to come out. Only one person so far has said they didn’t realise they needed to bring a waterproof jacket…

18:30 Feeding Time over. Jacket Potatoes with a range of fillings and sides.

Now everyone is getting changed ready for the DISCO!
As many of you will know, it’s not my favourite moment of the week but we all have to make sacrifices…
