Autumn 1 Week 6 Pandas

In History, we explored the legacy of Greek Art and Architecture. We have learnt how many buildings have used similar features to the Greeks, such as pillars and triangles in their designs. We also enjoyed exploring the artefacts.

Autumn 1 Week 5 Panda Class

We have been exploring the poem The Jabberwocky. In Art, we used our sketchbooks to generate ideas about how to respond to this poem. We used a range of media such as watercolours, charcoal, sketching pencils and biro. We took our inspiration from other artists that we have been learning about.

Autumn 1 Week 4 -Pandas

European Language Week - This week the children have been taking part in lots of French activities, such as French games in PE and French colour bingo. They have created some beautiful silhouettes of the Eiffel Tower in Art.

Autumn 1 - Week 3 Pandas

10.09.26 - World First Aid Day

To mark World First Aid Day, the children had great fun becoming first-aid heroes! Through practical role-play, they learnt how to stay calm and help someone who is having an asthma attack, bleeding, choking or has a suspected broken limb. It was fantastic to see them working together so sensibly and confidently while learning these important life skills.
