24.9.26 - Climate Change

Today, we had a visitor talk to us about climate change. We looked at how and why the world is heating us. We played demonstarted how the heat particals from  the sun are getting trapped in the Earth's atmosphere by greenhouse gases.

17.9.10 - Music

Today, we listened to Mama Mia by Abba. We discussed what we liked about it and looked at the lyrics. We played games where we clapped out the rhythms in the song. Check back in a couple of weeks to hear us sing!

10.9.10 - P.S.H.E. - World First Aid Day

Today, we celebrated World First Aid Day. We had an assembly all about allegies and how to treat them using epipens. We all got to practise using on, remembering the saying blue to the sky, orange to the thigh. We also practised what to do if someone sufferes a head injury.

8.9.26 - History

This week in History, we became historians and looked at pieces of evidence to work out who had invaded our classroom. We took turns to look at different pieces of historical evidence and predicted what our new topic would be. We are excited to learn more about Vikings!
